In particular, the graduate has a well-established knowledge of programming languages and techniques, algorithmics, computational complexity, databases, data analysis, business process analysis, software engineering and architecture, design, testing, and implementation of information systems, user interface design, operating systems and computer networks, requirements analysis and software validation, as well as project management and the architecture of computers, computer systems, and the life cycle of computer systems, and such topics as machine learning, artificial intelligence, programming of intelligent embedded systems, and the design of complex information systems, resulting in his ability to handle a wide range of software development tasks.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>The graduate of the field of study can:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><ul><li>implement complex programs using various programming paradigms including multithreading in selected high- and low-level programming languages, and use available libraries and software components,<\/li><li>analyze functional and nonfunctional requirements and risk analysis associated with software development,<\/li><li>evaluate, select, and apply the appropriate methods and tools used in the performance of tasks related to the construction of a computer system,<\/li><li>operate and administer unix systems to an advanced degree,<\/li><li>operate group work tools,<\/li><li>design the software according to the requirements specifications,<\/li><li>develop and use algorithms and data structures in the construction of a computer system with an estimation of its computational complexity,<\/li><li>apply algorithms and computational methods of computer graphics,<\/li><li>carry out a feasibility study of the commissioned task, including the development and evaluation of a prototype solution in the form of a functional computer system,<\/li><li>compare the solutions of existing computer systems due to the given usability and economic criteria and identify opportunities for their improvement,<\/li><li>estimate the time needed to complete the assigned task and develop and implement a work schedule,<\/li><li>using the SQL language, design and implement a database,<\/li><li>build, configure and manage the computer network infrastructure with respect to work efficiency and security,<\/li><li>evaluate the suitability and use of existing tool solutions to create ergonomic, efficient, and secure applications,<\/li><li>implement machine learning algorithms,<\/li><li>design, build, and run an IoT (internet of things) system,<\/li><li>design and develop web applications,<\/li><li>use design patterns in software implementation,<\/li><li>design and teach neural networks to solve given problems,<\/li><li>design a solution to a task using genetic programming.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Professional internships last at least four weeks,<\/strong> with a total student workload of 120 hours, and are carried out after the sixth semester in one of the selected \ufb01rms in the IT industry. The scope of the internship includes practical aspects of designing the implementation and testing of various types of IT systems, as well as learning the procedures of the work organization.
