integrated circuits, FPGAs, optoelectronic circuits, digital signal processing, SOI ionizing particle detectors, study of microelectronics and nanostructures as applied to microelectronics, optoelectronics, spintronics, and gas sensors,<\/li><li>smart control of building equipment, quality and efficiency of electricity use, electric drive automation, power electronics, electrothermal engineering, electric traction,<\/li><li>measurement, identification, and diagnosis of electrical machines,<\/li><li>design and analysis of power networks and systems, testing of high-voltage insulation systems,<\/li><li>analysis of chaotic systems, analysis of the dynamics of nonlinear systems, application of nonlinear dynamics methods in signal processing,<\/li><li>design and construction of measurement systems;
